Simply Split was created by a family law attorney, Morgan Weiner, who has spent nearly a decade practicing in the field. Morgan and the Simply Split team seek to eliminate the stresses associated with the divorce process by providing YOU with a simple forum to walk you through the divorce process.
Divorce is stressful and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be with Simply Split.
Morgan Weiner
Morgan was born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan. She is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Michigan, as well as the Eastern Federal District Court of Michigan.
Morgan always aspired to be a Family Law Attorney. She has practiced family law exclusively since 2016. In 2019, Morgan expanded her family law skill set to the State of California. Morgan’s practice features divorce, child support, spousal support, parenting time, custody, paternity, and post-judgment modifications on both simple as well as complex financial and high conflict matters.
Morgan understands the stresses that many individuals face navigating the rigid divorce process. Hence, Morgan designed Simply Split to provide individuals with a simple online platform to walk you through the divorce process and answer all of your divorce questions.
